The Corruption in the Tarrant County Family Courts has reached a SEVERE LEVEL !!
FRAUD, CORRUPTION, SPOUSAL ABUSE, CHILD ABUSE ....
ALL ALLOWED BY THE TARRANT COUNTY FAMILY COURTS
All the letters to the Attorney General's office are unanswered, the Judicial Committee does NOTHING !! Texas Bar Association DOES NOTHING !!
THIS IS ALL TOLLERATED IN THE TARRANT COUNTY FAMILY COURTS !!!!
I am a victim to the severe fraud and corruption allowed in the Tarrant County Family Courts.
Unfortunately the Corruption seems to run far and deep in Tarrant County.
Complaints to the Criminal DAs office are rejected and ignored despite factual evidence, witnesses to criminal activity. Which includes Family Attorneys as my witnesses to this.
IT's easier for the Criminal DAs Office to just send out brief form letters of rejections
The Corruption in the Tarrant County Family Courts is allowed and ignored.
There is no HELP to the severe level of abuse that goes on in the Tarrant County Family Courts.
It is off the Charts horrific SEVERE abuse and torture.
No one CARES about the SEVERE level of Corruption in Tarrant County Family Courts.
SEVERE Abuse, child abuse, fraud and corruption is allowed to go on in the Tarrant County Family Courts.
The Judge in my case "Court Ordered" me out of my Southlake Texas family home with custody of my daughter to live on the streets with no spousal support, no child support to lease an apartment. This is SEVERE abuse and child endangerment.
The this Judge ONLY allowed me and my daughter to live on $800 per month. Leaving me and my daughter to apply for Welfare and Food Stamps during my Divorce Process.
While my spouse lived on $35,000 - $37,000 per month during my divorce process.
This Judge granted my spouse to be the Receiver of our Estate allowing him to commit fraud and hide all our Community Property ASSETS while he was our Court Appointed RECEIVER.
The Judge AIDED my spouse in committing major FRAUD.
Despite all the proof and evidence found by my Court Approved Forensic CPA that this Judge APPROVED herself, then this same Judge disallowed all my Court Approved Forensic CPA evidence..
The Criminal DAs office rejects and ignores complaints.
It is a hopeless situation.
Please put an end to the Severe abuse and Corruption going on in the Tarrant County Family Courts...

Consider the following scenario:
A woman has 3 minor daughters Ages 14, 10, 5. The Biological Father of the 10 year old is also appointed Joint Managing Conservator of the 5 year old. The 14 year old is adopted. The father passes away so the 2 older daughters are now entitled to Social Security Benefits.
The deceased father’s brother is claiming the widow is an unfit mother and takes the 14 and 10 year old, but leaves the 5 year old with her.
Summary:
1 A father passes away; the widow is left with 3 minor children.
2 The brother of the deceased claiming the widow is an unfit mother takes 2 of the 3 children.
3 The mother has the 5 year old.
4 The brother has the 10 and 14.
5 The 10 and 14 year old get social security, the 5 year old doesn’t.
6 The brother is collecting the Social Security for the 14 and 10 year old.
The Question:
What the brother’s (Thomas Dale Lowry) (Attorney David Pickering) true motive here?
This is actually a case presently in Tarrant County Court 322 (Judge Nancy Berger)
I dont see how that can be allowed. It is so obvious Thomas Dale Lowry is in it for the money only.

The motive is purely all about the money.
Since the Tarrant County Family Courts are so Corrupt the mother will not get her children back.
The Tarrant County Family Courts intentionally hurt people, intentionally ABUSE people and intentionally make BAD rulings on purpose... this forces people to keep fighting and hiring more Attorneys..
The Judges intentionally make BAD rulings on purpose .. this forces us to have to keep hiring Attorneys to keep fighting..
This is actually criminal racketeering ..
Bad Rulings are intentional .. to intentionally force Appeals and more Legal Fees..

Family Court Corruption is SEVERE in the Tarrant County Family Courts of Fort Worth Texas.

Call me, Deborah Lynne Connor. 801-654-3140 A law suit needs to be filed against the governor and the attorney general of the State of Texas, for abdicating responsibility, when in fact, federal funding dollars come in to the state of Texas via the departments controlled by the state of Texas for both Family Court and Juvenile Court. Why are you Texans so apathetic. You now have a wonderful new organization, Protective Parents Coalition. Google the web site and they are also on face book. Normally we have Homestead Laws in Texas to protect us from creditors.
During my Tarrant County Family Court Divorce I was FORCED by the Family Court System to sign the listing agreement to sell my Southlake Texas home at a list price $200,000 BELOW market value (I am a Real Estate Broker) .. and Court Ordered by the Family Court Judge to put ALL of the proceeds from the sale of my home in an ESCROW ACCOUNT Controlled by my Family Attorney for FUTURE LEGAL FEES, The proceeds from the sale of my house was Close to $300,000.00. Which I was billed by the Family Attorneys for ALL of it.
Racketeerin???
