It's people up in that shiny building in the photo. They pay former mayor Ken Barr a pretty hefty sum to run a shadow city-corporation government. Come on now get with it you "citizens of the shale". Actually you need to "GET BEHIND THE SHALE". Remember all those tv, radio, and print ads just a couple of years ago?
