Kay B. must want some real power and leave a mark on history because she's got her sight on Fort Worth, where as mayor she could play a crucial role in people's health and safety, how pork barrel earmarks get spread around, how to use people's private property, and even pass on the power and pork (the finest cut, naturally) to her sons.
