One down...

Railroad Commissioner Carrillo claims he lost the primary due to his name. He says it's because of race.

We disagree. We think he lost the primary due to his record, his history of being an industry lapdog.

Nah, that crook was afraid of the ABC signs sprouting up all over Texas : Anybody But Carillo!! Take your defeat like a man, dude. If you were aware of this prejudice (likely true in many instances, but not always) working against you WHY didn't you work to overcome it? People like former Texas Supreme Court justice Alberto Gonzalez and other with strong ethnic names did.
