Read about last night's council meeting in the Fort Worth
Star-Telegram. Seems there is one item that can't be shoved down ALL the taxpayers throats for the benefit of a few.
Kathleen Hicks was not at the meeting, she was in Europe on city business. WHAT city? WHO paid?
This wasn't a benefit to the taxpayers, this was a benefit to Downtown Fort Worth Inc, and Sundance Square, and their owners. They didn't want this to happen after it became more than just a downtown circulator. And their bought and paid for Councilmen made sure it went down.
ReplyDeleteTransit will happen for the citizens on Fort Worth. It just got at least $25 million and several years more expensive.
