Actually, the Trinity Uptown project makes the potential for flooding downstream even greater than it is now. Congresswoman Kay Granger will help us waste a billion dollars of our money to fix a problem that doesn't exist. Why would she want to do that aside from giving her boy, JD, a career high-paying job at the public trough?
